1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and services concluded through the website IPTVCONNECT.DE. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.

2. Contract Formation

The display of our products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. A binding contract is only formed upon order confirmation.

3. Service Description

We provide IPTV access credentials for receiving television channels via the internet. Access is provided within 5–60 minutes after payment receipt via email or WhatsApp.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices on our website are final prices. Payment is made in advance via the offered payment methods (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).

5. Delivery

Access credentials are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp. No physical delivery takes place. The usual delivery time is 5–15 minutes after payment receipt.

6. Right of Withdrawal

As these are digital contents provided immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of execution. The customer expressly agrees to this at the time of ordering.

7. Liability

We are not liable for interruptions or disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., internet providers). A 100% availability guarantee cannot be provided.

8. Terms of Use

Access credentials are intended exclusively for personal use. Sharing with third parties or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

9. Termination

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. After the booked period expires, access ends without further notice.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
